Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered together; or

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by email: info@7th-unit.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods,
    whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual choice or specification of the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods that can perish quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery.
