Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
The delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment. -
Shipping Time
New Zealand : 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by NZ Post.
All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
Shipping Costs
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to your package.
Track Your Order
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.
Tracking Number Not Working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If your tracking still shows no information after several days, please contact our customer service.
